- Cherie Hearts 10th Anniversary campaign is open to all parents with children aged 6 and below.
- The campaign period is from 1st April to 31st December 2019.
- You are required to answer a simple trivia question to receive a special gift.
Information that we collect from you
- when you provide us with your personal details (such as your name, contact details, e-mailaddress, phone etc) by registering with us via Facebook Advertising or submitting an enquiryvia the Facebook Page with your details;
- when you respond to surveys which we ask you to complete for research purposes; and
- from your usage of the Facebook Page and any other information you post on the FacebookPage, e-mail or otherwise sent to us.
Use of your information
Your information may be used for the following:
- to enable us to supply you with information regarding Cherie Hearts’s products and promotion whichyou have requested or may be of interest to you;
- to analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support and improve anddevelop the Facebook Page;
- to notify you about changes to our service.
We also use the information we collect to measure the number of visitors to the different sections ofour Facebook Page, and to help us make our Facebook Page more useful to visitors.
Children and Privacy
For children below age of 13 who visit our Facebook Page, special rules apply. We do not requestpersonal information about children, such as first and last name or street address and city. Whenchildren send email to us, their online contact information (email address) is not used to contact themand is not maintained in retrievable form.
Disclosure of your information
Only authorised personnel and the managing Social Media Consultancy Company will be able toaccess the information you provide to us. We may disclose your information to other third parties whoact for us or are involved in our business operations and by providing your information to us, youhereby consent to such disclosure.
Sending us an Email or Facebook message
You may also decide to send us personal identifying information, for example, in an electronic mailmessage or Facebook message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a Web form. Weuse the personal identifying information from your email primarily to respond to your requests. Wemay forward your email to other employees who are better able to answer your questions. We mayalso use your email to contact you in the future about our programmes that may be of interest to you.
We will not obtain personal information about you when you visit our Facebook Page, unless youchoose to provide such information to us. Providing such information is strictly voluntary. Except ifrequired by law or as provided in this policy, we do not disclose any information we receive to anyexternal parties.
If you sign up for one of our email lists, we will only send you the information which you haverequested. We will not share your name or email address with any external parties except if required by law or as provided in this policy.
We may amend this policy from time to time and any substantial changes thereto will be notified byposting of a notice on the Facebook Page

Request For Access And/Or Correction Of Personal Data
You may request to access and/or correct the personal data currently in our possession or control bysubmitting a written request to us. We will need enough information from you in order to ascertainyour identity as well as the nature of your request, so as to be able to deal with your request. Hence,please submit your written request via Facebook Personal Message
Request to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data in ourpossession or under our control by submitting a written request to us via Facebook Personal Messageto the relevant Facebook Page. We will process your request within a reasonable time from such arequest for withdrawal of consent being made, and will thereafter not collect, use and/or disclose yourpersonal data in the manner stated in your request.
Administration and Management of Personal Data
We will take reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is accurate and complete, if yourpersonal data is likely to be used by FACEBOOK PAGE to make a decision that affects you, ordisclosed to another organisation. However, this means that you must also update us of any changesin your personal data that you had initially provided us with. We will not be responsible for relying oninaccurate or incomplete personal data arising from your not updating us of any changes in yourpersonal data that you had initially provided us with.
We will also put in place reasonable security arrangements to ensure that your personal data isadequately protected and secured. Appropriate security arrangements will be taken to prevent anyunauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, leakage, loss, damage and/oralteration of your personal data. We will also put in place measures such that your personal data in our possession or under ourcontrol is destroyed and/or anonymized as soon as it is reasonable to assume that (i) the purpose forwhich that personal data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such personaldata; and (ii) retention is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes.
